By contracting with HexaServ, you agree to provide us with accurate, true informations and to maintain your informations always up to date.

Your account
-The informations of your site you receive from us is completely of your responsibility so don`t give it to anyone.
-If you lose you password please contact the support.
-We are responsible of taking a regular backup of the sites.And we advice our clients to take a backup of their sites periodically.

We offer 30 days money back guarantee in case you are facing any troubles with the service we offer you and not satisfied with the quality of the service you receive.Refund is done in this case and you receive your money but after reducing the transfer price.Any service including domain name registration, in case of refund, the domain name price will be reduced from the refund amount.
Account suspend and termination:
Account suspend and termination occurs in the following cases:
-Any abuse or customers not respecting our terms of use, account suspend is done till contacting the customer.
-If the client didn`t renew, we give him a week from the date of renewal, Then suspend is done till either renewal or termination takes place.
